Named after the advisor of gods in Turkish mythology, Mergen Consulting is a recently established company by Dr. Kıvanç Erman, based on his unique experience in Capital Markets and Commercial Real Estate Investments.

Mergen Consulting Group, aims to underwrite the sustainable projects, both for investors and for their tenants, with the principle of being “bridge between real estate & finance” and with the understanding that each and every real estate investment is actually a financial tool and investment.  The Company is established to provide services and know-how all through the investment process, from the decision-making point of the investment to the disposal of the project, including the milestones such as development process, leasing and management of the premises.

By the joining of Nilgün Erman with more than 20 years of experience in the retail sector, the Company has turned into Mergen Consulting Group at the beginning of 2014, increasing its service areas. The company aims to serve its clients on all aspects of the commercial real estate area, namely:
